I’m not a trained chef, but I’ve spent years experimenting in my own kitchen, driven by curiosity, passion, and the desire to feel better every day. What started as a personal mission to eat more intentionally has grown into a space where I get to share the recipes and habits that helped me — and might help you too. My husband and I started eating more plant-forward meals years ago for health reasons, and over time, I realized how much I enjoyed the challenge of creating dishes that feel indulgent but are rooted in whole, nourishing ingredients. While we’re not strictly vegan or gluten-free, you’ll find a lot of flexible recipes here that cater to different dietary needs — because I believe everyone should feel welcome at the table. I’m also a detail person — if I’m testing a recipe, you can be sure I’ve tried every version I could think of. I don’t believe in vague directions like “cook until done” or “add salt to taste.” I want you to feel confident in the kitchen, so I include clear steps, tested timing, and helpful substitutions wherever I can. My Approach to Health & Detox I believe your body already knows how to care for itself — your liver, kidneys, and skin are detox pros on their own. So here, you won’t find extreme cleanses or restrictive food rules. I’ve been there. I’ve tried the rigid plans, the all-or-nothing eating styles… and ended up feeling exhausted and stuck in a cycle of over-correcting. It took time (and compassion) to rebuild a healthy relationship with food, and now my goal is to help others skip that struggle. Instead of diets, I focus on real food, small improvements, and balance. My recipes are here to support your energy, your digestion, and your everyday joy — not to push a perfectionist mindset. No pressure. Just good food, made simply, with love.
